I’m the Editor and Chief Heart Hacker. For those of you who are unfamiliar with my work, I’ve been a relationship columnist for thirteen years and have wrote a love and dating column in the 24 Hours Newspaper for seven years, and my work has been published in various publications from The Huffington Post, The Vancouver Sun, Medium, Darling Magazine, Thrive and more.
I am the Founder of Renew Breakup Bootcamp. Renew takes a scientific and spiritual approach to healing the heart and since its inception, has been featured on the front page of the New York Times, and across national media including Good Morning America, Nightline, Doctors TV, CNN, Fortune, Marie Claire, The Guardian, Vogue and Glamour.
